Malai Chicken

Let’s start cooking with the most buttery, smooth receipe malai Makhan maar k…. Here u go with the ingredients below👇

Chicken 1kg, Onion 2 big chopped, Tomato puree 1 tetrapack, Green chillies 2 to 3, Cumin seed ½ tsp, Bay leaves, Black pepper crushed ½ tsp, Fresh cream 1/2 cup, Oil 2tbsp, Butter 1tsp, Salt for taste, kasuri methi, chicken masala.

For Marination:
Curd 1cup, Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp, Turmeric powder ½ tsp, Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp, Salt 1/2tsp, Lemon juice 2 tbsp.

In a bowl add chicken n all d marinating ingredients mix it properly n keep it in refrigerator for an hour.

Heat oil in cooker add Cumin seeds, bay leaf n chopped onion fry it until onions goes transparent. Add marinated chicken fry it for 10 min n then empty d tomato puree small tetrapack into cooker stir it properly n fry for another 10 mins, add crushed black pepper n salt n butter stir it properly. Close d lid of d cooker n open it after 3 whistles. Open d lid add fresh cream in cooker, sprinkle some chicken masala n Kasuri methi in it stir it n it’s ready to serve.

You will love it with paranthas n rice..
