Today’s recipe has flavors of South India in it, as I have given south Indian tadka to it, with curry leaves and mustard seeds. On the other hand I have also used sauces to enhance the taste of the dish… Fried garlics n black peppers are my all time favorite and I have used them without any hesitation😀… Let me quickly take you through the ingredients that I have used to prepare this cocktail dish.
Mushroom 250 grams chopped, Bell peppers 2 chopped, Carrot 1 medium sized chopped, Onion 1 medium, 1/2 chopped and half sliced, tomato 1 medium size chopped, green chillies 2, garlic 8 to 10 pods chopped, curry leaves 8 to 10, dry red chillies 2, crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp, garlic ginger paste 1tsp, soy sauce 1/4 tsp, red chilly sauce 2tsp, vinegar 1/2 tsp, oil 2tbsp and salt to taste.
Blanche the mushrooms n drain the water, let it dry.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds to it, when it starts crackling add dry red chillies and garlic to it, add curry leaves n onions to the pan and fry it until the onions turns golden brown. Add garlic ginger paste to it mix it. Add carrots to the pan and let it cook, wen partially cooked add bell peppers mushrooms to it. Keep the flame on high, stir the veggies well. Add crushed black pepper and salt to it and keep stirring. Now low the flame add soy sauce and red chilli sauce to it, mix it properly n switch off the flame and add vinegar to it mix it.. The stir fried mushrooms wid garlics n pepper is ready to eat.
